If you reside at an address where street parking is under the jurisdiction of JKP “OSG” d.o.o. Sarajevo and wish to become a lessee, you will need the following documents.

• For individuals, please submit:
  • CIPS — proof of residence at the address;
  • A copy of the vehicle registration certificate;
  • A copy of your ID card;
  • Parking space reservation form.
• For legal entities, please submit:
  • An extract from the court register or a municipal registration decision;
  • ID number;
  • VAT number (if applicable);
  • A copy of the authorized person’s ID card;
  • Parking space reservation form

• At cashless parking lots, a daily parking ticket is issued by contacting a PUC “OSG” d.o.o. employee on site, who is obliged to issue a ticket that serves as the daily parking ticket.
• Payment is processed when the user wishes to leave the parking area. Upon exit, present the daily ticket to the employee, who will then provide instructions to complete payment at the payment kiosk.

Within a few minutes, an employee of JKP “OSG” d.o.o. Sarajevo will arrive on site and resolve the parking service payment process.

• In Zone 1, the price is the same for individuals and legal entities.
• In Zone 2, individuals are charged based on the requirement that their CIPS residence be within the local community where the parking is located, while legal entities have a uniform Zone 2 price for every street parking area in the municipality.

• Prices for Zones 3 and 4 for individuals and legal entities are lower than in Zone 2, and the rule for individuals regarding local communities, i.e., CIPS residence, remains the same.

According to the Regulation on the organization of parking, public parking areas, parking zones, construction of new parking facilities, and the organization of a unified parking fee system, the number and distribution of marked parking spaces for persons with disabilities for each individual street parking lot is up to 5% of the total number of all parking spaces.
